Living Room Entered through a hallway the living room is a bright, airy and comfortable furnished room with a wooden floor, brick fireplace and oil-fired stove. It is fully equipped with TV, video, CD player and radio. French doors open into a large patio with sweeping views across the fens and a large fenced garden with lawn. trees and garden furniture. The Living room also has a fold-out king-size double bed, concealed in a wardrobe when not in use, which provides accommodation for two people, who have their own ground floor shower room and toilet. ----------------------------- Kitchen/Dining Room A spacious slate-floored room with a well equipped modern kitchen area including electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The large dining area comfortably seats six at a farmhouse style pine dining table. The adjacent utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. ---------------------------- Bedrooms Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a king size double bed. Both have en-suite bathrooms (the double with corner bath and power shower, the twin with large shower cubicle and power shower). Ample cupboard and drawer space, TV and panoramic views. The Old Granary has fully central heating and electricity and all bed-linen is included in the weekly price. It sleeps 4 + 2, a maximum of six people and is available for weekly lets, Saturday to Saturday, throughout the year. The Old Granary is a strictly non-smoking establishment. We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate children under 16 years nor any pets. Secure off-road parking is provided adjacent to the Old Granary.
